Yanglyn is truly the backbone of any team she’s a part of. Not only is she a wizard at creating processes that make everyone’s lives easier, but she is also a true master of her craft.
Her design expertise is especially impressive because she has the rare ability to balance creativity with an incredibly logical, strategic mindset. She doesn’t just create things that look beautiful, she thinks deeply about how people will interact with a design, what will capture their attention, what will make information easier to understand, and ultimately what will drive someone to take action. She has such a strong understanding of consumer behavior and is able to translate that into designs that are both visually compelling and purposeful.
She is extremely reliable, incredibly creative when it comes to problem-solving, and always seems to find a thoughtful solution no matter what gets thrown her way. On top of all of that, she is one of the funniest people I have ever met. It’s always a good day when you get to experience a Yanglyn joke!
But really, she is the glue that holds so much together. Her combination of creativity, strategic thinking, design talent, humor, and genuine care for the people around her makes her incredibly special to work with, and I cannot express enough gratitude for everything she does!
