2022
Remedy is a kombucha brand founded in Melbourne, Australia, known for its no-sugar kombucha and focus on making healthy drinks that still taste great. Explore Digital partnered with Victory Creative to redesign Remedy’s website as the brand evolved its visual identity and introduced new packaging. I led the design team responsible for the website redesign, working closely with Victory Creative to turn Remedy’s updated brand assets into a cohesive digital experience. I helped establish the initial direction, developed wireframes and concepts, and guided the team through visual design and refinement.
Work Details
A new visual foundation
Remedy was introducing new packaging and evolving its visual identity, creating an opportunity to bring the website in line with the updated brand. We explored how the new visual language could translate across the site while maintaining a strong connection to the physical product.
Working across teams
Explore Digital was brought in by Victory Creative as a design partner. Victory provided creative direction and managed the client relationship, while I led our internal design team and acted as the primary design lead throughout the project.
Designing together
I worked hands-on with the designers throughout the process, including collaborative Figma “jam sessions” where we could explore layouts, solve problems, and iterate together in real time. I also reviewed work internally before it moved to Victory and the client.
Design Solution
Extending the brand online
The final designs carried Remedy’s updated visual language into the website through typography, color, imagery, composition, and product-focused layouts, creating a digital experience that felt connected to the new packaging.
Refining the experience
With the core direction established, we developed the designs across the site, refining layouts and interactions through multiple rounds of internal, agency, and client feedback.
Bringing the work to handoff
Following client approval, the designs were passed back to Victory Creative for final refinement and development.
